This year to celebrate Mother’s Day, help us give our children in Kenya with a better LIFE by providing them with food, daily necessities (clothing, shoes, school uniforms, school supplies, personal toiletries, etc) and education. Give a gift in your mother’s name or to simply bless those without a mother:

** Sign up to sponsor a child in Primary or Secondary School (Students in elementary and middle school through high school ages) for $35 per month (Currently 30 Sponsors are Needed), Secondary students looking smart in their school uniforms.

** Support our preschool program “Seedlings” for $40 per month,

April 2017 – Kenya Trip Ongoing Story

Follow along with the travels of Deanna and Charleeda as they traverse Kenya, visiting the Miracle House students, staff and guardians. Bringing teaching and quality time with the students during their first extended school break of the year.

Well, after we have resolved some technical issues, we have been able to get the updates flowing once again. We will continue to add to the story with the date of the latest update, so keep reading. There is still about a week left in this trip and your prayers over our small team are greatly appreciated. Thank you for your prayers for this precious family. Joseph is our financial manager in Kenya. He and his family were involved in a serious car accident in April while Deanna and Sam were visiting.
Hadassah (3 yr old daughter) and Emily (wife/mother) are both recovering well!

Both will have check ups in the next week or two. Silas, who turned one year last week, is pleased to have his mother back again after her surgery. The day Emily was released Joseph said, “Silas will at last see his loving mother.”

Several years ago now, over the course of a few different trips to Kenya, was a young man who we would see around our Miracle House Webuye location from time to time.  He was older-ish (about 13-14 when he first came around) but yet school age and just kinda ‘hung around’.  One of our board members who was at that time traveling  to Kenya fairly frequently noticed him each time.  They would talk together and the request came to help him.  We were trying to only add younger children at that time, but somehow his persistence pulled our hearts.  With further investigation we found he was indeed an orphan and living with his grandmother.

We bless you today and thank you for your faithfulness in following Miracle House, praying and supporting our efforts to walk with the Lord and make a difference in the lives of some very special children. December 2012 Newsletter

Greetings!

Merry Christmas! We wanted to let you know of a special offer that has been made to Miracle House! You can read below for more details, but we have been offered a $5,000 matching fund gift for year end giving 2012!!  WOW! That’s amazing!The Lord has truly blessed us this year! We have been able to get all of the preliminary items done for Base Camp this fall (a shed/workshop built, an additional container delivered and installed, large water tanks installed to capture rain water, security fencing in place, additional guards added, building space cleared, permits applied for & received). We are putting the actual building on hold until additional funds come in, but we are ready to go
